I will stamp all over 'credible fighter' Paul - Anthony Joshua
Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth disparity - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest financial successes, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it highlighted just how improbable this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is actually going ahead.
